We’re delighted to be supporting CFL – Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois – in the deployment of their Smart project for a head office that combines respect for heritage, sustainable architecture and an energy concept.

A large-scale project, integrating innovative technologies and concepts to guarantee flexible and optimal comfort:

• Development of a service application to centralize all services for the 1,200 occupants of the Luxembourg site
• Collection and analysis of building data for energy optimization and optimal operation of the 33,500 m² building (above-ground and basement)

Final handover of the CFL offices, located at Place de la Gare in Luxembourg, scheduled for 2027!
