ENI Gas & Power France is moving its head office to Levallois-Perret, Eni Gas & Power France, a subsidiary of a global energy player and supplier of gas, electricity and energy services in France, has teamed up with the Groupe Kardham to design and design its new premises, which cover a total surface area of 5,720 m².
The refurbishment was carried out by Kardham‘s Studio, Furniture and Design & Build teams in parallel with the digital solutions qualification mission carried out by our technical team and divided into 4 phases:
- Understanding ecosystems and technologies
- Generating opportunities and ideas
- Detail your needs
- Select and draw up a roadmap
The development of digital equipment meets the need for connectivity and flexibility by bringing different ways of working to a range of locations.
Reception areas, collaborative work areas, meeting rooms, conference rooms, concentration areas and social areas are all formal and informal spaces where digital technology can be used :
- Touch screens
- Caméras
- Wireless presentation systems
- Built-in loudspeakers

“We implemented an approach centred on uses and users, a holistic global approach including equipment monitoring, aimed at facilitating the day-to-day maintenance of the building. During workshops, the essential elements of the project were established: simplicity and ease of use through intuitive and homogenous solutions throughout the site. We installed audiovisual solutions in the meeting rooms and common areas alongside our Smart Workplace solutions: presence indicators via indicator lights in front of the meeting rooms, coupled with presence sensors and the scenario engine. 3D “KD map” maps are now being deployed on the landings, enabling spaces to be viewed and then booked on the fly.
At the end of the day, it was by co-constructing the project with the ENI teams that we were able to offer them a solution that suited their needs !”
