Design and digitalisation of the Lapeyre offices, showcasing the company's expertise
Lapeyre, the multi-specialist manufacturer and distributor of functional and energy-efficient home furnishings and renovation solutions, has moved its head office to the IGH Canopy building in Courbevoie.
As general contractor, Kardham was responsible for managing various tasks:
- Architectural and technical design
- Co-design workshops and change management
- Decoration charter, furniture recommendations and furniture installation
- Audiovisual equipment based on the re-use of existing equipment and, in addition, the implementation of videoconferencing systems
The result : 2,403 m² of fitted-out offices, meeting tables, lockers and cupboards made by the teams at Menuiseries du Centre, the Lapeyre group’s historic factory.
In addition to the furniture, the digital equipment makes it easier for employees to interact both physically and remotely:
- Equipment that adapts to different types of space and specific needs: conferences, training, brainstorming, etc.
- Real-time communication, overcoming geographical distance
- Easy access to collaborative tools
- Smooth exchanges between participants
